There's one in the Twin Bo I fly. We use it as a glorified DME and always identify ourselves as slant-A. I can think of one - and precisely one - VOR/DME RNAV approach plate I've seen in the last eternity. The massive use of GPS = death to VOR/DME RNAV approaches.
