That come off wrong, I think SWA is great, but they carry a much more diverse passenger group (often including me) than some carriers. If you fly on them and expect a country-club atmosphere you are not being realistic.

I always roll my eyes at the "upscale" business types on SWA who are looking down their noses at the other paxs...if you're so upper-crust, why can't you afford business class on DAL?
