Thanks guys! That is great info to know. I will be in better shape then if I keep the bank and pick up a trip on my own using OTP. The reason that I questioned keeping the bank was because I heard a rule of thumb that once you departed on a trip you kept the bank, but wasn't sure about getting SUB when you haven't actually departed.
