Unfortunantly, I wear glasses and back in the 80's and 90's there was a very stringent vision requirement to fly in the military. Unfortunately, I think time has expired for you. I am retiring next summer after 22 years in the Corps. Don't take my word as gospel. There is always a hidden waiver but I think your age is to your disadvantage. Contact a Marine Corps Officer Selection Officer (OSO) and see what he/she says. Don't talk to anyone other than the OSO or his assistant but only accept the no from the OSO directly.
