oh oh, the 2008 crowd is coming on strong. I dont care what year it finally passes, as long as the "ropes" stay where they are. This only really effects UPS and FDX. With over 500 FE's hanging around after 60. That's alot of upgrades. Talk about no hiring!

then you are dreaming..... I have stated several times that it is inevitable.. but not this year... and maybe not next.... certainly 2009 with a new socialist administration.

Maybe. We haven't seen the final wording yet. Also, there needs to be a Vacancy Bid. Might be two more years before we see one. I forsee Realignment Bids only.
