If you are interested in Age 60 only as an economic matter and how it affects you in the long term, you might be interested in my recent article at: http://www.foundationx.com/pilot/

It is never to late to learn from the experts.

Hey, I want to be an ATC guy, but I am 38. That is age discrimination. Wah, Wah, Wah. And why do they have to retire at 61 with the waiver? That is age discrimination. Wah, wah, wah.

Glad you believe you are an expert Bob. I am an expert too. Heck, everyone on this board is a self proclaimed expert. Thanks for the link.

I visited bob "the expert's" website. It says at the bottom that he's a blah-blah-blah...And lives in Provo, Utah.

For those of you not familiar...Provo is the site of the Utah State Mental hospital.

Coincidence?

Too bad Fed Ex is not a closed shop. At UAL, one can resign from ALPA, but he must still pay an "association fee". If not, they terminate your arse. It is in the contract. NO FREELOADERS!!!!

In our new contract we have a closed shop if you are hired after the TA was released. Previous freeloaders and pond scum like NMB were exempt as neither the company nor ALPA wanted to deal with the lawsuits. As you can tell, NMB never met a lawsuit he didn't like. He has threatened another poster with a lawsuit as well as his Age 60 BS. What a complete and total loser. A poster on the Cargo board related that NMB told he and his Captain he would cross a picket line at FedEx if we ever went on strike. From picket line walker to want to be scab all in one lifetime. What a sad story...
