Frozen Ronin

I've done it before; can't for the life of me remember how I did it. While jobsearching, I've looked up an airline or corporate operator archived IFR flight plans, to see their patterns of flying.

I've also used it to find operators using the same type of aircraft that I'm looking to fly, and where those guys fly to, and how often.

I've looked up my own old IFR flight plans, when I loose that scrap of paper I should have taken home to the logbook and didn't.

I remember it was an FAA searchable database, but now I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what I'm talking about? It wasn't a pay site, it was where the pay sites get their info from, I think.
