The PRIA does consist of any training records which would normally show that you passed or failed. Beyond that they ususally don't specifically ask whether or not the pilot washed out of training. Usually this work is "farmed" out to other companies who are more concerned with checking off their boxes and moving on to the next one than if you failed or not. Hope this helps.

From what I've seen there is no set "form" that companies will send. Some will ask if the applicant failed training and some don't. So to answer your question yes and no. (I know that's a huge help!!)

Having been furloughed for four years and and now three airlines later I have been able to see copies of my PRIA records from each. They strictly had only dates of PT's and PC's, IOE, etc. Pass or Fail. No secret notes or anything in depth. My longtime 13 year airline only sent records for the past 5 years.

The improvement is that they have to keep them for a set period of time and provide them when requested through the system. The improvement wasn't for pilots, it was for transparency after a couple high-profile mishaps by guys that had failed training multiple times without the hiring company knowing.
