Exclamation Resumes

It's time for me to start making a resume and i was wondering what a good resume should look like and what it should contain. A few of my friends advised me of some websites that you pay to have an aviation resume made but i wanted to check here first before shelling out the cash. Thanks for the help!

I'd do a google, see how some others are doing it, and do it that way. It's not that big of a deal. I sure wouldn't pay someone to do it.

Always check the main APC site. Lots of good info there.

Check out page 2 of the Job Search downloads section:

http://airlinepilotcentral.com/optio...itstart,0.html

There are some gems in that section (including a sample pilot resume and cover letter). Still need more help? Check out the video tutorial on the front page (links on the lower left).

All FREE!

the format came out all crazy when it opens in PDF and it looks like it is missing some pieces. I would also suggest that you X out your name and address just for privacy purposes. We can all critique your resume without your actual name and address and with those hours I wouldnt expect any recruiters to stumble across this post and call you, so the name does no good. Please dont take any offense to the hours remark, as it was not intended that way.
