The Knowledge Base Forum is an effort to collect user expertise and build a database of common aviation terms, definitions, and concepts.

Each thread should be dedicated to ONLY one topic. If you want to add a topic, just start a new thread. Within each thread topic, feel free to share you thoughts and expertise to develop the "perfect" definition of the thread topic.

Once a term has been through the grinder on forum, the results will become part of an online Knowledgebase here on Airline Pilot Central.
