Default Airlines and PIC

So I'm starting to work on my resume, I'm currently instructing and not planning on applying anywhere for at least 300 more hours (~600TT). While I'll have over 350 Dual Given and will have passed the ATP mins for PIC, I'm curious about the varying views of PIC time I've heard from other CFIs and people who work in the industry.

It seems that Dual Given is accepted by everyone as "true" PIC time.

What about time as Dual Received PIC?

What about time as a safety pilot or IFR with a safety pilot?

Do both those count for your ATP minimums? What about how airlines view those time when applying for a job?

Thanks!
