Default SID/STAR distances calculation????

Hello,
I need to calculate distances in SIDs/STARs for Jets (boening, airbus). For this I need some information about Take-off and Approach procedures.
I knew that a lot of information I can find on SID/STAR charts, but not all.
1. what is average/typical speed V2 for Take-off (no wind, 0 altitude...)
2. what is average or typical climb rate or climb gradient (minimum is 200ft/NM)???
3. how changes the speed from Take-off to 1000ft, 3000ft???
4. If you need turn, what bank angle is typicaly used 15, 20, 30...degree??? or turn speed 3 degree/sek ????
5. Can I get FL100 at 3Min and 7NM distance (I found this in Boening 737 Table but not sure about FL) it means about 3000ft/Min???

Approach
1. during approach turn pilots use standard turns - 3*/sek or other???
2. If you approaching RWY18 what distance you need for making circling approach to RWY36 (average)???

If someone have time please describe Take-off and climb procedure with speed and climb rate with relation to altitude 400ft, 1000ft, 1500ft, 3000ft, enrote FL.

any source for this kind of information will be appreciated.

Best Regards

I am banned by adminn???? but why??? please admin sent me email why you banned me cose I can't sent to you (have message that I'm banned) .
Finally I found some data regarding my questions: For initial climb , clean aircraft, not accelerating , heavy weights say:
3000fpm for a 737;
2500fpm for a 767;
2000fpm for a 737NG
1200fpm for a 747
and for turns 3*/sek or 25 degree bank is mainly used.
can someone confirm this data???

Best Regards
