Not really sure about this one. There were multiple charts in my Jepps at a previous carrier that were RNAV with the dotted line GS, and there was a note on there denoting "special aircrew/aircraft".

DTW: ILS Y RWY 4L and ILS or LOC Z RWY 4L

Course 2 degrees off, DA off by 50', 24 or 1/2 vs 18 or 1/2, different missed proc.

Here is a link to Jeppesens "Chart Clinic" series. They are getting a little old, but there is a lot of good information in them. I do belive it will address all of your questions. It's good reading for anyone that needs a refresher.
