Default Clarification of part 119 and common/private carriage reqs

So. I'm reading through the FAR, and preparing for the oral portion of my initial instructor checkride.
As always there are some things I never seem to find the answer to, no matter how many people I ask.
This time it's mainly concerning private/common carriage, and the exceptions to operations requiring an operators license under part 119.1 e).
So, if you are operating under an exception in part 119.1 e), what do you need to run your business?
Say you run a skydiving company, and you conduct all your parachute activity within 25nm of the airport, so you fall under the exception in 119.1 e), do you need anything from the FAA to conduct this operation? do you need a LOA?
Same goes for everything else in 119.1 e), like crop dusting, areal photography, etc etc, what do you need to conduct these kind of operations for hire. I don't see a mention of an LOA anywhere, but under 91.147, you basically need a LOA to carry passengers for hire? So does this apply to the operations under 119.1 e) that involves the carriage of passengers?

Also, say you're conducting private carriage under the norms specified on the AC on private/common carriage.
Like, if you're a commercial pilot, and you're transporting the local bowling team to their matches around the country every two weeks under private carriage, do you need a LOA or anything else to conduct this kind of operation?

Think that's all I can come up with for this subject for now, hope someone can decode it haha

91.147 says that you need an LOA specifically for 119.e.2 sightseeing activities.

I don't think you need an LOA for the other activities listed (flight instruction is one of those activities, and you certainly don't need an LOA for that).

You would however need a waiver for banner towing.

119.e is the common carriage activities which are allowed under 91.

I don't know of any LOA requirement for private carriage.
