I would almost assume that it burns more than that by the time you get both engines spooled up! Anyone know what the fuel flow is on the ground for one of those babies?

My comparison is a TBM850 is burning 33gph(221lb/hr) at high-idle on the ground, so surely a huge turbo-fan is gulping the fuel down.

Even though it was only 15 gallons, that's 15 gallons more they sold, putting a little more cash in their bank accounts to pay you, and to help stay afloat during these rough economic times.

Secondly, the airline is a customer, and deserves to be treated as such.

Nothing personal. It's easy to lose sight of customer service in the airline industry. It is a constant battle within me to treat the customers right whilst my company takes advantage of me.

Oh, and think of the poor fuels in BUF, or MSP, BGR, DTW. I'm sure they'd love to throw 100lbs in a 757 in HNL!
Whats wrong with the fuel in BUF???

I don't think he meant the fuel, but to be able to do that in 80 degree weather in the middle of winter.
