I've started nothing on here, just answered and corrected posts by you and westies like you. I've been transparent, you just have a comprehension problem.

I've said I don't have the answer because I don't other than an AA merger or letting the legal action run it's course. I see no other answer.

If you are too ignorant or have your head too far up your rear to keep up, then don't blame me. And do not tell me what I believe. Got it?

I see so your answer is you really dont know but you somehow see an AMR merger as your way out. Does that about sum it up? Why do you think this will be your salvation? Do you honestly think they are going to do anything to aid you in the east in a manner that is consistent with your doh beliefs??

No you have been everything but transparent. We have all watched you waffle around on this forum day after day spewing non truths about what happened. Now you think you have corrected me and other west pilots on the facts, thats laughable. We have all provided you and your buddy with straight transcript information yet you refute it. This is the problem with you east pilots, you are given the information and facts and you want to fight it to the end. There is nothing that will ever change the fact that you and the rest of the east clan Ed Bular included are low life trash that will go down in aviation history as such. There is very little difference between usapa and scabs as both have greatly harmed the profession.

How's that for comprehension?

Then again it wasn't ever in a ratified contract so MBonds and date of hire with conditions aNd restrictions as well as runon sentences with no punctuation so bring on the mou!

Sure you do, as a beneficiary of the profound windfall the NIC gives you and what motivates and explains your support.

At the same time I would bet you would never comply with the NIC if you had anything to lose vs the windfall gain that you feel entitled to.

Any pilot with the majors with a number and senority at 15-17 years better hope and pray that the NIC never prevails and becomes a standard in the future and the extreme it represents will never be repeated.

Even a FOOL runs tired of "beating a dead horse"..Hint, Hint...Give it a rest WD. YOU and I have NO control over the end game. Sit back, pour your self a strong one, and CHILL..BOTH sides are equally at fault for OUR current predicament.. You westies are by far not the "Victims" that you so vehemently claim...You boys out west were licking your chops to rush east and fill ALL positions handed to you by St. Nic...Now your ****ed because USAPA has kept you at bay....Well suck it up and take the pain!! Had your group agreed to a JUST award, we would not be in our present predicament..Enough said!!
And NO, binding is not binding when one group is HARMED!! This is why the APPEAL process exists..Capiche?? Binding arbitration might not include this process, but the mechanisms of our JOINTLY agreed to TA have made it available by alternative means..If your not happy with the results, then tell your AOL cult boys to drop their crusade..

You west guys need to be careful talking like that. The majority of east Newhire third listers are pro-Nic and anti-USAPA and will vote as such when given the opportunity. But when you start throwing around words and insults like that, grouping everyone together, you are alienating a potentially import ally.

Everyone, both sides, needs to realize how foolish they look by speaking with such immaturity about the subject and each other. Nobody is winning any points here.
