I gave you that opportunity to state out here in the open what you wanted and what you would do and you ran from the question with the weak response of "i dont have the answer". Surely you're joking are you not? You just like every other east pilot want date of hire that way you feel that you can recoup the years of east losses off west pilots backs. I could respect you more if you just told the truth, regardless of the response you got.

Now you think you have corrected me and other west pilots on the facts, thats laughable. We have all provided you and your buddy with straight transcript information yet you refute it. Sure you do, as a beneficiary of the profound windfall the NIC gives you and what motivates and explains your support.
At the same time I would bet you would never comply with the NIC if you had anything to lose vs the windfall gain that you feel entitled to.
Any pilot with the majors with a number and senority at 15-17 years better hope and pray that the NIC never prevails and becomes a standard in the future and the extreme it represents will never be repeated.

And NO, binding is not binding when one group is HARMED!! This is why the APPEAL process exists..Capiche?? Binding arbitration might not include this process, but the mechanisms of our JOINTLY agreed to TA have made it available by alternative means..If your not happy with the results, then tell your AOL cult boys to drop their crusade..
