Green Book has minimum days off of 10 days a month for lineholders or 11 days off for reserves. Bidding is done with PBS.

This was from the big apple pilots link on the other thread.

Green Book is gone. Rsv at AA is 12 off. Started this month. Bidding with PBS to be implemented Feb 2014.
Also there is no min days off. Until programming can reprogram, you can waive all Duty Free Periods.

If you have a Q about AA ask an AA pilot. I am one.

Didn't mean that to sound so snarky.

Finally, some sanity on this thread. Wait, Bird too? No way!

OK, now that the east/west ****ing contest has been derailed, let the arguments about what the MOU really means begin. Chance are it has, but I'm pages behind. Had better things to do.

This alone will require many more pilots on US east.

Actually, even more than that. The MOU supersedes that section of the 2012 APA CBA and replaces it with US Airways (West) accrual and value ... 21 days starting at year two, paid at 3:40 per day.

Yeah, that's right. That will be good for everyone. If only our West short term/long term disability program were kept as well. That was also a great program that would have been good for all sides.

Does the vacation increase after 8 years? Where is a west contract when you need it?

Retro pay for LCC pilots will be from the date the votes are counted in the MOU ballot. Jan 1st would be for the APA guys since they did not have to run a vote, the MOU is already in force for them.

So LCC pilots will get the pay differential from the POR date back to whenever the vote is done plus the bonus amount (40 million divided by some USAPA determined formula).
