I think they interviewed on 12-13 Feb so it may be anywhere from one to two more weeks for the 26-27 Feb group.

I have seen plenty of people hurt, or saved, for many years, by a single seniority number.

If things keep moving non stop for the next 18 years, my decision will likely have been wrong. If there is any kind of hiccup in the airline industry over the next 18 years then those numbers may save me (or may not).
Historically the odds are on my side, whether 23 numbers will make a difference..... who knows.
YMMV
I jumped over 8 guys in my class when they took the S80 instead of 727 FE. I still have their names, so I can remember to lord it over them if I ever transfer to their bases! I could've done the same, but then I would've been the lord-ee instead of the lord-er.

Really, you're talking about a decision with a potentially decades-long effect, for only a few months of pain. I was an FE for all of 6 months.

Their original start date was moved later by a couple weeks, but they still have the same seniority.
Thanks, aapilotguy!

Maybe I end up with the worst case scenario like you mention above, and that's ok, but if the company wants to switch my training to the 75/76 any time, even before I class up for my original equipment, and I get delayed and am now effectively the last one from my IIRC class to finish training, I'm still senior to everyone else in my class because it's based on the original IIRC training equipment selection completion date only, right?
Correct.

But I believe the longevity pay is based on OCC date, not hire date. Correct? And Congrats to you guys!
