They hadn't heard anything from him about that, but he controls who and how to hire. If he does go that route, I hope I'm on property by then. I'm hoping for the "NO" vote too.

Here are your first few ORD numbers, not including the provisional results of the bid that just closed, so these numbers below are 1 month old:
S80 D 9774
737 D 9525
737 I 9085
767 I 7660
I wont even bother with more because as you can see there is a big jump between 73 and 76.
For reference, I know guys who got awards while still in training for a base change but in the same equipment that were 440ish numbers and 700ish numbers away from the position awarded prior to the bid closing. One was 76 MIA and went New York, the other was 73 MIA and went DFW. So as long as things are moving, you can easily jump 400-700 numbers to become "the plug", though some bases have more movement than others.
Additionally you have to remember that 1000 numbers is not really 1000 numbers in the bottom of the list, because a LOT of those numbers are taken by deferred furlough recalls who may, or may not ever come back. Most of them probably not, but they have the option.
For interest, the most junior deferred furlough recall is number 9813, the most senior deferred furlough is 4539 ( must've been voluntary), though the thick part of the "not really here" is between 6991 and 9813
There are approx 1200 furloughees in that area, more toward the bottom of that area less toward the top.
Between 9813 and the bottom of the list is all people actually "here" barring a few leaves of absence.
Not sure if that helps at all, or if it is clear the way I wrote it.
Maybe better like this:
1 <<< Most senior guy
Hardly any furloughees
6991 <<<< Start of the thick part of furloghess still "out"
A LOT of furloughees in this range, approx 1200ish skewed toward the junior side of the range. So out of 2822 guys in this range 1200 ish preferred to remain on furlough status, and are not really on property at the moment.
9813 <<< Most junior furloughee
Solid New Hires
10099<<<<< Bottom guy as of today

Thanks for the update. Do you know if that's for the face-to-face interviews or for videos? I think the last face-to-face interviews were held 12-13 March, just wondering if that's the last round until May.
