No seniority numbers until they are on property. In your scenario, pilot B would end up senior to pilot A at American. Every time the company processes a group of flows, they start over at the top. So someone who has chosen to stay could change their mind in the future but will have given up said seniority at American.

Thanks for the info. A little different than how the flow at US Airways worked, but it seems fair.

Got the invitation for the video interview today. I applied at end of Feb. Stats: Navy (F/A-18) retiring in Aug. 3700 total, 2700 multi, 2600 TPIC. NATOPS Evaluator, FRS instructor, safety and operations background. 140 hours last 12 months, 3 internal recs, no job fairs.

767I Miami for this guy, my first choice and what I personally wanted! 12 new hires. 13 AE flows. 2 AA returning.
