I am pay protected so don't care.

Every person/thing I voted for, in recent elections, did not win.

On April 1st I'll be on 777 pay, I'll buy you a beer.
I hate to break it to you, but there is no longer pay protections for lost seat loss in the MOU.

I know new hire East pilots who commute from PHX, and new hire West pilots who commute from PHL.

Third-List pilots are DOH after East/West. Why cannot USAPA and the company allow these most junior pilot to bid to PHX (or visa versa) if desired?

VERY GOOD QUESTION. Why has USAPA fought so hard to allow the furloughed west pilot to remain on the East if they want to but won't extend the same courtesy to the east pilots wanting to go west?

Source? I find this extremely unlikely until we're SOC at the very least.

That is correct. Cross bidding cannot occur until single certificate at the earliest. That is of course assuming the SLI doesn't get dragged out for an extended period...

That's what I thought. Until SOC we are two separate airlines owned by the same parent corporation (AAG).
