You mean the original MOU that the BPR recommended against and that Parker withdrew?

No, I mean the original side letter that was released with the MOU a couple hours ago.

What are your initial thoughts? It's much better than the previous version. Any ideas how the 40 million will pay out?

For those who have access to the information, what are the basics for work rules?

Days off/mo
Vacation
Reserve callout time (long? short? airport?)

It's my understanding that each airline will keep their respective work rules unless amended by the MOU. This being until a joint contact is agreed upon. One thing I did notice was a statement about the vacation accrual will be based off the West contract. I may be wrong, did anyone else notice this? I know the West has a much better vacay accrual.

Actually I just read this:

"USAPA pilots will be covered under the modified APA 2012 CBA on the Effective Date, which will be the date the Plan of Reorganization is approved by the bankruptcy court."

Vacation 1-8 years: 14 days
8-14 years: 21 days
15-22 yrs: 28 days
23+ years: 35 days

Green Book has minimum days off of 10 days a month for lineholders or 11 days off for reserves. Bidding is done with PBS.

This was from the big apple pilots link on the other thread.
