There is a parity review in 2016 that jumps the pay to:
330 $276
320 $217
2018
330 $296
320 $233
Provided there isn't another BR or management changing there mind and refusing to pay. Force Majeure language also leaving them a way out. And for all the USAPA haters "binding".

80kts......Considering the alternative, you may want to vote YES. DL and UA got those rates AFTER a JCBA. We're not there yet. In 15+ months we will be working on a JCBA and moving that direction. UA didn't even have a MOU to work under in the years it took.

Just my opinion but I think they are using AA's Chp 11 and the US pilots food fight to keep the rates low in order to pay for the merger and get the new AA on it's feet and will bring them up at the parity review.

I looked all the information and have listened to all the opinions. I can see no reason for a no vote and have already voted yes. I will be surprised if it doesn't pass by a large margin.

I agree completely. Although there seems to be more NO voters out on the line then I expected.

I agree with R57....There is NO reason to vote no on the MOU. JCBA will come up shortly and there's where the fights are gonna to happen.
