True. But that is a separate issue from the newhire selection process and the use, or non use, of LOR's.
And pilots review the online interviews, conduct the F2F interviews in DFW and make the final decision to hire.

If you receive i TBNT email (that i did not, app submitted 2 months ago with a few updates after that) from what email address is it originated from? I would like to know if someone shares, so for peace of mind, i will do an in-depth search of my email inbox, spam, junk etc...
Also, did i understand it right, they do not give any weight to internal LOR and such or have they changed that
