SO - Where's the SLI?
According to the protocol agreement, the list is supposed to be out no more than 90 days after the beginning of arbitration. The files on the APA website were posted on March 28, leading many to believe that it will be available to the committees no later than June 28.
Then there is a 15 day comment period, that can't include any argument from any of the committees.
Rumor has it that one of the arbitrators is on vacation, indicating that it's done.

That was before the delay from the June(?) court ruling. After that I haven't seen any of the parties mention the 90 day timer. In fact I've heard SLI committee members give announcement estimates after the 90 day mark leading me to believe the 90 day requirement is null and void.

Thus the rumor disclaimer. The final SLI briefings were presented on March 28th. I find it hard to believe that it will end up taking more than three months to come up with the final list. I still feel we will all see it before the end of the month.
