Best way to figure out who's on LC and SC
I'm trying to figure out the best way to see how many LC and SC reserves are on call each day. I've looked at the Enhanced Reserve Display but the same pilots show up under LC and SC. You can use the HI33 but that shows all pilots on reserve in a base for the month. You would have to manually go through and pick out reserves who are on call each day and are not currently on a trip or DFP. The LUS system was easy. It listed all of the LC and SC pilots in order each day.

As far as I know LC doesn't have RAP's and short call does.
On the 3XP monthly bid display it shows who bid LC and who bid SC. I'd have to check but I think LC rsv are 2xxx and SC rsv are 3xxx awards.
But the monthly bid doesn't show which LC guys were assigned SC for the day you're looking at. I think a RAP is the 'tell' that a LC guy is on SC.

A RAP on the enhanced reserve indicates SC. There are some issues though. This only works day of (or tomorrow if the the schedule is done). Otherwise past that the only RAPs that show are the first day of a duty period. I think N3 shows each pilot and what they are (SC or LC). For future dates it is probably easiest to use the 3xp as the LC and SC lines are all similar numbers off by several hundred or a thousand. If there is an easier way can someone share.

The HI33 does show LC or SC below the pilots name and empl # on the left.
Yes if you want to know how many LC's are left you have to scroll (MD) and count.
For who's on a RAP Hi33/I/date/R shows only RAPS.
Anytime they are out of people on RAPS Premium may happen.
I'm on Reserve ask me anything!

Where does one look to find out the explaination of the Codes used for different crewmembers in the Enhanced Reserve Display?
OUT, SIN and 24?
I've got DFPs later this week. I'm shown as OUT on the first DFP, then I become a 24 for the next day. Does anyone have a plain language translation?

Look in your HI10. There's a reason for your OUT on a particular day, whether it be a 30 hour rest needed or a sick call, it should be in there.
SIN is Sick if Needed. OUT is that for one reason or other, the pilot is unavailable. 24 is a day off. M2 is a moveable day off. G2 is a golden day off, unmovable. There are a few others like line check that I forget. There's an APA reserve guide on the site, those may be in there, but I'm not sure.

There's no easy way to do it unless it's day of, or at least a few hours after 1500 HBT (when RAPs should be assigned). I use a combination of the Enhanced Reserve Display (ERD) and HI33.
There is no way to tell for sure what somebody is going to be assigned until ~1500 day prior because LC can be converted to SC and vice versa depending on the needs of crew scheduling.
Viewing the Enhanced Reserve Display is the easiest and most user friendly way, but the LC vs SC function sort doesn't work, so you need to look at RAPs to see who is LC vs SC. If you're more than a day out you can go to the HI33 and in bold red letters at the bottom of each pilot's section it will display SHORT CALL in red letters or LONG CALLib green letters (colors are on the APA TASC/SABRE site or app, which I recommend over DECS). It will also display the 2xxx for short call and 3xxx for long call similar to 3XP that was mentioned.
If you're using HI33 after 1500, you can sort by RAP, which will remove everybody who doesn't have a RAP assigned (including short call converted to long call or who haven't been assigned a RAP yet). This is essentially the same as looking at RAPs on the ERD.

Well yes your HI10 will show a 7D for a 30 off, that's not what he asked.
If a moveable is moved it becomes a X2 but that only shows up on your HI1 not for others to see.
I'm SC, I never use the ERD I just use HI33/I/date/R or L
Figure it out on my own.
If someone below you goes Sick upon contact you cannot tell. They don't get charged the sick GTD until the next day. So you think you have someone you can pass to but you don't.
That is where the ERD might show the guy SIN or OUT
