Bloomberg reporting that it is underway......but they have not shown the conference itself....

Saw part of it on CNBC. Horton pontificated on how the industry has had a hard decade and that the employees of this great company are top notch, etc., etc.

Standard presentation of the corporate version of Alexander Haig's speech of 'control' after Reagan was shot.

Horton is a short-timer as CEO; he may retain his CFO position. They'll have to bring in someone else the Board & the Judge both like.
