So today I get the honor or the letter that lets me know "upon review you will be receiving communication from us..."
For those who eventually get phone interviews, did you get this first ?
And for those who got the "you don't meet our qualifications" letter, did you get this letter at any time?
At least I know they have my app, but it certainly doesnt seem to mean anything else.
Waiting, then waiting, and then waiting some more,

How are you able to apply online? The only thing I am finding is the application you have to mail/fax/scan and send to them.

I received the same thing "Upon review of your background and qualifications, you will receive communication in regard to the status of your application."
Is this good or bad????

Well...ummm... I couldnt do it. I tried, but failed. So I dug deep and had my personal tekkie attempt to send it. He succeeded. Thank goodness my son is still on summer vacation.

for those who received the "upon review" email, could you check if ti is addressed to your personal email address or to "undisclosed recipients". also does it start with "dear (your name)" or "dear Candidate"??
thanks. by the way, i see it as good!

I think it is an automated response.? They get the new on line app, and they send the "upon further review" thing. If it doesn't pass, you get the "thanks, but no thanks" email. That is their "further communication".
Maybe?

The email is addressed to personal email address and says
"Dear Candidate...."
I think all it means is they got it. Otherwise it would mean they instantaneously decided I wasn't what they are looking for. Has anyone gotten this seemingly 'first one' saying it was received, THEN a rejection one?

I actually got the "upon further review" letter about two weeks ago the day after applying then yesterday I got another letter. The SAME exact letter, word for word. I wonder what that's about.

You mean you applied one day, then got the "upon further review" letter the NEXT day ? Jeepers!

Yeah, not a rejection letter (or so it seems) just the letter saying "We're glad you think it'd be cool to work at NetJets and we'll review your resume and contact you later...." That came 12 hours after sending the email with the app/resume/cover letter.
Than a week later I got the above letter again. Is their system going wacky?

Whats the best way to submit LOR's under the new system. Direct Mail?

Application and LOR system is being revamped. The hiring dept is way undermanned but they are starting to gain ground. Over 400 apps a week coming in. Over 3000 qualified apps on file with about 1000 with LOR's.
LOR's are currently being submitted through email from crewmembers. However, soon they won't accept letters. A new recommendation form will have to be filled out.
Good luck.
