Are any other former NW folks having trouble logging on to TravelNet? Just got my DL passport all lined up so I could check some flight loads and then I was denied. Is there anywhere else I can get that information (besides the seat maps) without having to talk to a human? Thanks in advance.

As I posted in a different thread, you can get exact load information via the VRS. The procedure is listed in a pdf file that is available on RADAR. Look under the Fly Together Program, then Travel Guide for Delta.

I doubt it. I would be surprised if our IT staff is doing anything other than transistioning to new stuff.

Thanks for the info guys/gals. I logged into the VRU and accomplished what I was trying to do. It was a little tedious to listen to, but it got it done. For what it is worth, the loads quoted seemed right on the money with the seat maps. That was, of course, my highly scientific analysis of the data so your mileage my vary!
