Most of the past threads out there haven't been updated since 2009. Anybody have any luck getting WIA funding for a 737 type? Specifically, Illinois or Indiana?

Thanks-

KC

I used my SWMIA to fund mine along with my GI Bill.

I got my 737 type thru WIA last July 2010, however I'm in California. Definitely worth the effort to get WIA funds if you qualify. Good luck.

I've only heard of pilots being sucessful with the WIA concerning a 737-200 type in California. Most of the funding dries up fast shortly after the start of the fiscal year.

I was lucky enough to get my 737 type in the 300. Still a classic, but with the stronger engines.
