I would guess that your operating cost is going to be upwards of 2500/hr, and your yearly maintenance will vary on what needs to be done that year. Guesses based on facts/knowledge, but guesses none the less.

PM me and I can get you in contact with a very knowledgable guy who knows the X in and out and has operated them extensively. I can't answer your questions, but he surely could.
I'm just the driver, but have heard our CP toss out $4500 per hour for operating costs for our X (fuel, pilots, insurance, maintenance, etc.). It's a fantastic jet. You might check with Cessna about getting a new TEN. At NBAA last year they were talking about some very good deals for the initial customers. Have to wait a few years, though.
