Hi Everyone! :)

New to charter flying here.

I'm interested in finding a way to fly to DC every week from Tampa, Florida? Is there a reasonable alternative to using the commercial flights without having to pay considerably more?

Also, interested in renting a private plan/jet every now and then for weekends like short trips to Miami or the Caribbean. First with a pilot and later on, hopefully by myself. Any suggestions on how to go about doing this the most cost effective way?

I don't know about eventually going by yourself, but some fractionals have a program in which owner/clients gets qualified and maintains currency in the aircraft. Then you can fly your own bookings as a required crew member.

Google Net Jets, Flex Jet, Flight Options, Plane Sense and Citation Air. I might have omitted a couple of the fracs.

unless you are already flying first class you will find charter rates very expensive
