Anyone fly for or recently hired by Rectrix Aviation BED or HYA? Just want to get an idea of their working conditions, pay, etc. Thanks!

I have 2 friends there. I resigned and 1 still working there.
Place is terrible. Crews stay on the road for more than 2 weeks. company will not move airplane uless there is paying paxs on board. That means you sit in a hotel waiting. I think they get 4 days off a month.

Pay is pretty good as far as I know. Benefits as in health insurance is very good. Schedule? Yah, sure. Seems like it would be a great place if they just went to three pilots per airplane.

Isn't that true at most small 135 companies, at least that was my experience.
