Phoenix is one of the main flight training capitols in the US. Flights schools in the area are constantly looking for instructors with good pay.
Here is a partial list to start you off with:
Transpac 32K first year pay
Westwind 32k first year pay
Oxford Aviation $40k-50k
Lufthansa $40-$60k
Sabena $35kish
ATP
Plus a multitude of FBOs you can work at.
My suggestion would be to dress nicely, get a stack of resumes and hit all the smaller airports in the area and ask if you can talk to the CP, HR etc. about a flight instruction job. Heres a partial list of airports in the area:
Deer Valley (Transpac and Westwind)
Williams Gateway (ATP etc)
Scottsdale
Stellar Airpark
Goodyear Airport (Oxford and Lufthansa)
Falcon Field
Prescott (Embry Riddle)
Glendale Municipal
Good luck, I dont think you will have any problem finding the right job if you pound the pavement a bit.

No problem at all. PM me if want a few contact names. How much dual instruction have you given? Some of the better paid opportunities require at least 500 hours. (Oxford, Lufthansa, Sabena) If you dont have this time yet, Id consider starting off at an FBO to get your time up.

TransPac and WestWind at Deer Valley are almost always hiring instructors. TransPac I know will hire with very low dual given time. I think I've heard of a few people being hired with zero. You can expect to fly 700-800 hours per year there so it's a great time builder. The days are long and stressful though.
Someone above mentioned that TransPac starts instructors at 32k/year. That's definitely not true.

500TT or 500 Dual Given? I see that Lufthansa almost wants the mins of an airline!

Is that a recent change from the previous 30k / year base salary?

They tell you 30k when you interview/start, but they will actually pay you 28k if you do the math on your paychecks. I think they just assume no one will notice. If you bring it up to anyone they just apologize but say that they won't fix it.
You won't start at 30k no matter what they tell you. Also the health insurance costs have gotten outrageous. My take home pay isn't very much anymore.
