Any advice on good companies for 135 manual completion. I have been looking at part135.com and ACCG. Thanks for in advance.

I just took a look at some IAS manual samples on the web.
For the marker beacon they had -
OUTER 9blue) - illuminates over an outer marker beacon
Is "9blue" a new color?
Is the above sample indicative of the quality of their manuals?
