Anyone have any info on their 135 operation. Pay, qol, management, training, etc. I was looking at for the a citation type and he started talking about a need for pilots. Any info would be great, couldnt find much with the search.
Thanks

I ran into the boss some time ago and chatted awhile. I wouldn't have any dreams of grandeur, but he has been around for a long time. Reminds me of the Alaska crabbers who "stick and stay, make it pay."

Pretty much an entry level gig for folks looking to build jet time. Had a couple former pilots work with me afterwards. Good guys. Unfortunately, I had to practically retrain them from scratch on proper cockpit protocol and procedures since they didn't acquire much while there....

Stay away. Stay far away. I was there for just over a year.
QOL is worse than the pay, which is practically non-existant. If your idea of a fun job is on-call 24x7, 10 hours of flying in a citation, and lots of late night pop-ups, on poorly maintained planes, all for pay lower than a regional then this might be the place for you.
Plenty of other ways to build time.

A little confused here. Chrysler no longer owns pentastaraviation. As far as the 135, don,t believe pentastaraviation has a citation on their cert based out of vny. Just an fbo.

Different Chrysler Aviation... two separate companies.
