Newbie pilot here with long-time European aspirations. Assuming I were to get hired into FDX or UPS in 2-3 years, how long would you estimate before I could get based in Europe? Koln would be perfect, but would be open to other locations as well. Thanks for the info.

We've been putting new hires into Koln. Get hired and you won't have a problem being based there right out of the gate.
