Seems like lean and flexible could be mutually exclusive at times. At least in our sector of the company.

Hmmm, the next chapter of Fuel Sense imposed upon us will be a mandatory weight loss program for fatty-fat-pilots. If four 777 pilots cruising from HKG-MEM lost 50#'s each just think of the fuel savings. Cost Index = ? You know a bean-counter has already thought of this.
