Write this down:
All of your months accepted fares
Subtract the amount you have used
--------------------------------------
The remainder is your "actual balance"
The only way you would find that same number in VIPS, is if you have entered the same data into the FOX system. It would then be at the bottom of your expense report.

Submit the tickets for you monthly travel claim but don't submit the actual travel claim. Then you will be able to see it.

Anyone know anything about Delta changing their FF program on Sept. 01, and how/if it affects us with discounted tickets through corp travel?

Hopefully there will be no impact. Specifically exempted from the changes are corporate, military, govt, & university fares...hopefully FedEx travel falls under the corp category. Hopefully someone will post in the next week or so if I'm wrong here as the mileage gets posted!

Personally, if DL changed this they would be shooting themselves in the foot. Years ago, NWA was the first to allow FDX pilots to get FF miles. I don't have data, but I know I began deviating and always flew NWA when I could. Made Gold status.
If Delta does this, watch FDX pilots start deviating on American, United and USAir. I dont have the facts on FDX's monthly Deadhead budget, but I would guess it is in the 7 figures for crew deadheads. My guess is deviators put much of that into Delta's pockets.
If Delta decides they no longer want my annual 60-70 thousand miles, my guess is American or United will.
