So I got a good one, my local small airport is up for sale, the owner is old and got in trouble for embezzlement, and will most likely goto jail, but he is trying super hard to sell the airport. It is up for a good price right now, but also is very neglected. The thing is there is a dropzone on the airport, that with a serious investment could make $500,000 per year in profit. How does one find investors for such an airport, and what is the legal legistics of aquiring the dropzone, esp. since the land is leased from the airport.
