Default FAA Violations

Does anyone know where you can get a list of FAA violations and the penalties that result from them? I know I saw a link in a thread about 2 years ago, but I can't find it. Thanks all.

It's FAA Order 2150.3B - FAA Compliance and Enforcement Program
2150.3B - FAA Compliance and Enforcement Program - Document Information

You're looking for Appendix B, the Sanction Guidance Table. It contains both civil penalties and suspension/revocation.

Don't know if the above referenced material may include that information that is found in FAR Part 107 which is now known as TSR Part 1542 if I'm not mistaken. I'll check to just to make sure.

If by TSR you mean TSA, no, the Transportation Security Administration's enforcement guidelines under 49 C.F.R. Part 1542 are not in the Federal Aviation Administration's enforcement materials under 14 C.F.R. Parts 1-199.

Separate agencies, separate rules, separate enforcement procedures.

Wasn't quite sure. Thanks for the correction.
