Case No. 05-2014-CA-034614 filed in Circuit Court in and for Brevard County, Florida.

Filed against Aerostar Training Services LLC which is owned by two JetBlue captains for failing to pay a loan, salary, and bonus to an employee.

So what? Are you saying that because the business is owned by two JetBlue captains, that somehow they should never be sued?

Without more specifics, it sounds like an ordinary civil dispute. Even then, a jury decides, not us.

Having grown up in a household with several small businesses with numerous employees.... this is more than likely a crappy employee that felt entitled despite a low grade drug addiction and lackadaisical work ethic. Like post #2 said, anyone can sue anybody for anything.

Default Great companies get sued for all of the time.

I know a few of these guys. They are top notch individuals it seems as if someone has a personal issue with them. Good Luck!!
