Default FAR 61.157 changed?

Two years ago I received my first type rating and my ATP all at once at a part 142 sim center. Because this was my first type rating and and did not meet the flight experience requirements of 61.157(g), which deals with training and checking in level C and D simulators, I got the limitation on my license stating that I am "Subject to PIC Limitations for the HS-125" which if I am not mistaken, require me to get either 15 or 25 hours of supervised PIC time to have the restriction removed. Commonly knowns as the SOE restriction. Today, Im reviewing 61.157 to see if I need the 15 hours or 25 hours and I noticed that this regulation has been completely removed. Did they move it? Is it gone? If so, how do I have this restriction removed?

It's 25 hours. How to remove it is explained here:

Actually the SOE limitation is described in Section 61.64.
