Default Passenger Misconduct

Seeking airline crewmembers to participate anonymously in a survey about passenger misconduct (air rage). The objective is to measure the frequency and severity of these incidents.

Survey active 12 February 2013, ending 1 March 2013.

Results will be submitted for peer review to the International Journal of Aviation Psychology. If not formally published, I will share the results through my personal website.
