Default UAV Pay?

I am going to be interviewing with multiple companies for UAV/Sensor Operator positions and I dont know what type of salary gets paid. I don't want to get under paid for these positions and I am wondering what a typical base pay and deployment pay would be.

I had already interviewed with one company and the overall pay was pretty low and I may have been getting low-balled, not sure.

Thanks
