To answer your question, I am about to start 121...
I was just wondering if US majors will consider my foreign degree ... And not shooting for Delta, united (it would be nice if it happened). I would be happy with Spirit or... Frontier lol

I know - and I'm just kidding around with you. There is absolutely zero doubt about it! They WILL recognize your degree - you're an Electrical Engineer for crying out loud! A very impressive feather in your cap my man.
