SCAB as a reference

SCAB as a reference
So I found out today that one reference I had on my app to UAL was a SCAB in 83 and is on an ALPA list. Would this put a black mark on my app? I had no idea as I am a 91 guy and have never been involved in these things. Any ideas on how to handle this?
