Where could I Get Hired?
I am a 10000 hour commercial pilot flying about 800 hours/ year for the last 12years. I have worked for the same company for the last 10 years with a little outside contract work. No ATP written, 7000 hours pic turbine but only 250multi. The multi is almost all in the last year.
An I limited to only looking at regional airlines or do I have a shot at a national or major?
Where should I start and should I consider paying for my own atp to enhance my opportunities?
Thanks in advance.

Thats a blank I should fill in.
All single engine turbine part 135 passenger ops.
Weird I know but great pay and quality of life and ten years go by fast.
Just wondering if I have any options other than a regional at this point.
Thanks

I would get the ATP, some where, do some research.
Unless it's changed I thought it best to apply everywhere you may want to work, that you meet minimums at. If and when you get a job offer, then it's your time to decide.

But you should definitely to apply to all majors where you meets their mins, you never know.
If you're serious you'll probably need some regional time, or corporate glass jet time. Regional will probably get you there faster.

There are a lot of boxes to check when getting hired. Start with your ATP.
Some regionals may hire without it, but you want the greatest choice possible when deciding who to work for.
Apply everywhere anyway.
You want to get 121 jet pic time to enhance your resume.
Heavy, international, check airman experiences are a plus.

No major will hire you without the ATP written. You can't take the ATP written without attending a week-long CTP course, which is $4-5K. The regionals will pay for you to go. You can do it out of pocket, but it sounds like a regional job might help you overall.
