Any more word on this? I agree this is extremely important for all of us getting excessed (myself included) - if the training letter isn't posted for 08-02 by the time 08-03 closes, then the union needs to do SOMETHING, ANYTHING to explain/protest the apparent subversion of the CBA... hell it needs to be out by the next practice bid for 08-03...

...new FCIF by JL seems to address this issue... wondering what the union's concerns were? I'm sure the company will tell us before the union catches up...although I am glad when the union raises any concern at this point...
