Default FDX - Headsets

Engineering has begun the process of installing Telex 850 noise-cancelling
headsets in the 777, MD11, APAC A300, EMEA A300/757 fleets....

Which aircraft is missing? The one that needs it.

They install Telex 850s in your airplanes? Must be nice...

Did our union leadership negotiate anything away to get these nice headsets? I'm surprised they're not just for the 777 folks ...

Might this be a direct response to the "what keeps you up at night safety stance" suggestions from the crewforce?

Regardless, it's very welcome news. The 850's are quite nice.

Why put them in the 11? Most guys don't even wear headsets above 18k.

It just goes to show you..... the triple gets whatever it wants and we, in the rest of the "feeder" operation, are benefactors of the scant crumbs that mistakenly happen to fall at our tired, poor, and aching feet.

"I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who has to make a problem out of a new Telex 850 that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way....."
